The research objectives at Blean focus on exploring how our reading spine can nurture essential skills such as vocabulary enrichment, inference, prediction, explanation, retrieval, summarising, and critical and analytical thinking. We were delighted to present our ideas at the ERSP conference in 2024, where we shared our initial research concepts and findings. Our poster for the conference provided further insights into Blean’s active engagement with educational research.
