Borden Grammar School is a boys' grammar school in Sittingbourne dedicated to supporting and inspiring our young people to reach their full potential in today’s world. To further this mission, being part of a research-driven community such as the ERSP initiative is a natural and essential step.

At Borden, we are committed to providing our teachers with a comprehensive professional development experience. Staff are encouraged to participate actively in research projects, empowering them to explore and innovate within their teaching practice. The core goal of our research initiative is to foster autonomous, self-directed professional growth. We aim to inspire teachers to engage in meaningful, wide-ranging discussions about teaching and learning within our school and the broader educational community.

Through these efforts, we strive to cultivate a vibrant learning culture where teachers continually refine their practices, share insights, and collaborate on evidence-based strategies. Our approach enhances teaching quality and builds a more robust, more interconnected professional network among educators, ultimately benefiting our students' learning experience.
